Stacey White, an architect and LEED AP BD+C, is Principal and owner of mode ASSOCIATES. Her architectural specialty is in the design and implementation of high performance educational environments. Her enthusiasm for changing the world through thoughtful design, careful policy development and sound fiscal methods can be contagious. As a frequent presenter and architectural faculty, she uses humor to convey technical information in everyday terminology and laughter to inspire change.

Farah Wissinger, design associate, has been following her passion for green building for over 17 years. She enjoys sharing that passion with clients through LEED projects, design specifications and efficientbuilding operations and maintenance. Farah’s Construction Management background makes communicating with clients, consultants and stakeholders second nature, resulting increased opportunities for collaboration. A majority of her professional career has been dedicated to enhancing educational environments, both in higher education and K-12, through student and teacher involvement, reducing utility consumption and improving occupant health.

Design associate, Megan Lizarraga, collaborates with clients and teammates to find creative visual and spatial solutions.Megan’s skills are in 2d and 3d graphic architectural representation. She uses her education in architecture to further mode associates’ mission by advocating on behalf of clients for sustainable and healthy educational spaces. Megan also works as a designer on small commercial and residential projects along the Central Coast. Megan tries her hand in all sorts of design, whether it be furniture design, graphic design or simply filling a sketchbook with scenes from travels.
